• Tracy Knight

Meet Tracy Knight. Fearless. Fun. Adept with words, and even more skilled in building client relationships. At Knight Marketing, she is the company visionary—able to see change coming and make it happen, too. You'll look to her for involvement in every aspect of your marketing operation, from strategic planning and creative direction.

Before founding Knight Marketing, Tracy worked in South Florida as an independent creative director and copywriter, helping advertising agencies from Palm Beach to Miami. Along the way, she developed formidable expertise in health care marketing.

As the owner of Knight Marketing, Tracy is a Certified Agency Financial Manager (although she prefers to spend her time dreaming up creative ideas). She is active in local organizations advancing the causes of education and the performing arts, and has a special interest in political strategy.

  • Rick Sandler, Director of Research and Business Development

A real New Englander, Rick Sandler took flight and headed to Florida a few years ago, where he fit right in at Knight Marketing. He rounds out the team of pros with more than 30 years of experience in market research and business development, and it was no small potatoes. He honed his skills with big boys of advertising like D'Arcy, Masius, Benton & Bowles, and was a partner at Houston, Effler & Partners. He then took a director position at Hill Holliday in Boston, and like so many of his kind, he put it all behind him and started his own national market research firm.

Rick is an avid supporter of the arts and has donated countless hours to arts organizations in Sarasota and beyond.

  • Ticia Mahler

Spend years working for some of the world's foremost advertising agencies, and you learn to think big. At the same time, Ticia Mahler knows it's the little things that count in client relationships.

Before joining Knight Marketing, Ticia spent more than 20 years with the likes of McCann-Erickson Worldwide, Doner and D'Arcy, Masius, Benton & Bowles, working in account service leadership on brands including General Motors and Del Monte Foods. For all of her primary accounts, she was the driving force behind strategic development for both consumer and B2B brand marketing programs.

When she's not providing Knight Marketing's clients with extraordinary strategic insight, Ticia is active in the local arts scene and spends time with her pups.

  • Jennifer O'Brien

When she decided to get out of the hustle and bustle of the northeast and move to Florida, Jen O'Brien didn't know we were here—but Knight Marketing was waiting for her! Jen paid us a visit, and we knew it was a match made in heaven. She brought her considerable expertise in health care marketing from places like Saatchi and Saatchi Healthcare and Toltzis Communications, where she managed brand initiatives for national pharmaceutical and medical device companies. She also brought her knack for paying attention to details and her sunny disposition, which has endeared her to clients and co-workers alike.

  • Annemarie Constantine

Is there anything Annemarie Constantine can't do? As our account coordinator, she keeps things running smoothly in our account service department, from estimates to ad production and everything in between. She had a good proving ground with the Marriott Corporation, where she was a front office manager with responsibilities including scheduling to customer service, and served as a team member who helped open new locations throughout the country. When she's not involved in the hectic life of an ad agency she's involved in her own hectic life, raising two boys and shuttling them everywhere. “My second job? I'm a chauffeur,” she laughs. She does take a small break every Saturday afternoon in the fall, when she stations herself in her living room to cheer on her other boys—the ones in the pads, helmets and jerseys with the big yellow M, for “Michigan.”

  • Carolyn Edmunds

Strong marketing begins with a strong brand. A strong brand begins with Carolyn Edmunds, our Senior Art Director. Knight Marketing's clients rely on Carolyn to provide the visual excitement their work deserves, whether it's a print ad, a direct mail piece or any other form of designable communication.

Carolyn holds a BFA in graphic design from the Cleveland Institute of Art. Before changing coasts, she worked for 10 years in design firms in the San Francisco Bay area, developing successful branding for multiple health care and biopharmaceutical clients including Pfizer, Biogen, Sutter Health, Roche, Genentech and more. She has also proven her diverse talents by managing the art department of a local interest magazine and working in the advertising department of a chain of department stores.

An avid “birder,” Carolyn also happens to be an authority on feathered friends who live in Florida and other environments (including Panama, her favorite), and is highly active in the Audubon Society.

  • Roz Morton

Our creative work is so strong, it deserves to get noticed in a big way. That's Roz Morton's cue to get the most for our clients' media dollars, taking into account every possible avenue. Roz begins every project with research and develops a media strategy that takes an in-depth look at the client and the market, then layers on her unsurpassed technical knowledge. With her years of experience in dealing with local, regional, and national companies (she's a former buyer for McDonald's), this charming South Carolina southern belle is actually a manipulating master of strategy, and can bargain until the media reps say, “uncle.” In a time of ever greater demands for cost effectiveness, we can't tell you how much our clients appreciate that..
